The meeting was called to order at approx. 8:05 p.m.

Everyone! Let’s call the mtg to order and state your name. So same as always,
any questions or comments just put a ? and I will get to you. Thanks!
Reminder:
A quick reminder that there is a prize at the end of the year for everyone that
has attended a meeting, served on the exec or a committee. You get one entry
for every meeting attended, committee served on or exec position. They go into
a hat at the end of the year and a name is drawn.

nominated for the President's position. Melissa Mathers and Leah Quiring.
Both member have agreed to let their names stand.

email to all members with an address that they are to send their votes to.

Kim: I have to resign my
position of treasurer but am willing to stay until the end of the year to help
whoever takes over

Mary: We will have to ask for
nominations for treasurer and or any that would like to do the job.
§ I think we can do the votes for President in
the next week or two. As for Treasurer we will need a bit more time to get
nominations.

Doris: I haven't checked to
see how long we have to wait for votes, but should be before the next meeting?

done before the next meeting.

we can set up voting for that

Mellissa: The CKC has reached out regarding the ROE for the
Boxer. I have a mtg with them tomorrow. Once a draft is complete, I will bring
to the membership.
